These boots!! They belong to my sister and I am currently scouring the earth for another pair. Made by Zodiac in the 80s, they came in black and brown, and I’d take either. Brixton hat, Railcar Jeans, vintage Made in Italy silver chain (my grandma Vera’s), Gap sweater, and an AMAZING cashmere blazer made by Talbot’s Petites. I thrifted it for $1, and it is vintage- made in the USA- which is always nice. I love the thin lapel, one button, longer length, gorgeous dusty blue color and baby soft cashmere feel. This was a find.
Ann Taylor Loft bright orange pants scored for $4.98 (I swear they were shutting the store down), thrifted Ralph Lauren striped oxford (loving that covered button placket), thrifted Ann Taylor petite blazer, thrifted Merona suede wedges, Rossmore hearts necklace, vintage twisty duo-tone necklace (from a clothing swap!), mermaid key necklace pieced together from various gifts.
Best fancy old lady inspired outfit ever. Thrifted navy wool vintage Mondí pants (made in Romania!) are so quality and the best short fit. Thrifted Anne Klein blazer is also a petite must. J. Crew leopard tank, Thrifted white shirt made in Korea, thrifted Etienne Aigner loafers, vintage pink lucite necklace. Also my favorite ring look as of late: My grandmother’s signet ring and emerald ring, mom’s ruby ring, knuckle rings from Etsy, and Rossmore chain ring made in LA by my friend Suzy.
Vintage silk Tancho scarf (hand rolled hem of course!) with awesome sand dollar print, thrifted J. Crew wool blazer, Rodarte for Target striped shirt, Simply Vera stretch black jeans from Kohl’s, vintage Sperry Top Sider boaties (eBay is a good spot to find these). My shellac manicure almost lasted 2 weeks- two peeled off- but I still love the process and plan to use it again!
Something so nice about a long, fitted, shark grey blazer. I got this one at Ann Taylor (on sale!)- love the thin lapel and two buttons. It is stretchy, comfortable, and makes me feel professional. A Versace silk scarf offers a pop of color. Earrings from NastyGal. Vintage ring and bracelet. Simply Vera – Wang for Kohl’s- skinny pants.
Substitute teaching Kindergarten Spanish classes today in Nantucket red Gap pants (thrifted), Rodarte for Target striped shirt, Ann Taylor blazer (thrifted), Echo silk leopard scarf (thrifted) and the Hip-T (not kidding). Late night impulse buy at Walgreens turns serious player in the bureau! How do I wear low-ish rise chinos and not expose lots of back or belly while reaching or sitting with kids on that adorable rug in the background? I endorse the Hip-T, ha!
