Finding a great cashmere sweater in perfect condition at a thrift store for less than $5 is my secret to happiness. This gem is vintage Calvin Klein made in Hong Kong from a little town in Wisconsin. It has sweet buttons up the left side shoulder and is soft and perfect! Worn with my fave Railcar Fine Goods Viper x008 jeans (note the swank selvedge edge at the ankle cuff AND at the fly- so fly) and some mystery European oxfords I found in my sister’s closet. Pink for fall!
Sun is out after a rainy, bad week in CO. Wearing my Railcar Viper x008 jeans, a Bethany Cosentino for Urban Outfitters collab jacket, abarcas, and my favorite BETTY belt (I found it at a thrift store this summer). Richardson Pro Model umpire hat belongs to my sister- the shorter brim is really what makes this hat stand out! It has such a nice profile and is super easy to wear.
Awesome floral Tracy Feith dress from his line for Target years ago. After making Michelle Obama’s favorite dress, his company shut down in 2011 and apparently he now works for Tom’s Shoes. He can work a bold pattern really well. It works well how the floral pattern fades to a solid orange on the sides of this dress. I’m carrying everything I need in my amazing Railcar Fine Goods tote I take everywhere! Vintage sand dollar scarf makes an appearance for the first time since March! I like big hair accessories to go with a puffy top knot. I love how a big bow on a head scarf sometimes looks like a flower, and dresses up messy and slightly dirty hair. Summer!
